Assistance for small business owners is offered through a comprehensive network of a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) and New York Small Business Development Centers (SBDC). Organized and operated independently of CUNY, these third-party resources can provide assistance with responding to a wide range of CUNY and Federal, State, and City solicitations. The services are provided at no charge to small businesses, including minority- and women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran owned businesses, to connect with various resources, prepare bids and proposals, and perform successfully on CUNY and other public contracts.
