The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) serves to ensure academic integrity by communicating institutional policies and is a resource for all members of the college community. OUR fosters an environment that supports students, alumni, faculty, administrators, staff and the community in order to promote the educational mission of the University.
- Advance development and implementation of consistent, equitable university policies that respect the diversity and needs of our colleges, students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community.
- Support the facilitation of efficient services and processes that incorporate technology with an emphasis on customer service.
- Continuously assess our performance in order for the University to remain in the forefront of quality customer service, successful deployment of technology, and effective leadership.
The Office of the University Registrar is staffed with former college registrars who monitor university practices and procedures and recommend changes to ensure the most accurate, efficient and prompt service. Professional development is encouraged for college staff in order to facilitate a service orientation and enhance integrity, collegiality, and professionalism in recognition of the shared responsibility for creating a positive environment.
