CUNY offers free webinars for teacher candidates. Live webinars will be offered this fall. The archive below features both slide decks and video presentations with sound.
Exam and Job Resources on BLACKBOARD
CUNY Students can access additional preparation resources for the certification exams, graduate school, and job searches by joining the CUNY Teacher Education organization in Blackboard. The online preparation materials for certification include key vocabulary, test-taking strategies, and six-week study plans. Job postings and hiring guides are also available, as are GRE study materials and information on fee vouchers.

Many of the New York State Teacher Certification Exams are now solely offered as computer-based tests.
Before you register for the exams, you will want to find a testing location and learn more about the computer-based testing platform.
